Ingredients
Boneless Beef pieces - 1 kg
1 large Onion, sliced
Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Ginger & garlic – 1/2 – 1 tbsp, crushed
Coconut pieces (Thengakothu) - 1/2 cup
Coconut oil
Salt according to taste
Curry leaves
Method
1. Combine the beef pieces with all the powders, ginger & garlic, coconut pieces, salt and curry leaves and mix well. Pressure cook the mixture with 1/2 cup water (optional) until done. If the water still remains, cook until the gravy is fully dried without the lid.
2. Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions till it becomes golden brown. Add the cooked beef and curry leaves.
3. Stir over a low flame, till it is roasted well.

Tandoori Chicken Batter Fry
Ingredients
Chicken Breast pieces - 450 gms
Tandoori Chicken Masala powder - 2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 2 tsp
Vinegar - 2 tsp
Corn flour - 3 tbsp (can change depending on the size of the chicken pieces)
Oil - 1 tsp
Salt according to taste
Method
1. Marinate the chicken pieces with the above ingredients and keep aside for 45 minutes.
2. Coat all the pieces with the cornflour well.
3. In a non-stick pan, add oil and fry the chicken pieces until brown.
ENJOY! :) Isn't this super easy? ;)
