Chicken Sausage Curry

A very quick and easy dish on a very lazy day! :D

Ingredients

Chicken Sausages - 12 nos
2 large Onions, chopped
2 medium Tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp finely chopped Ginger
1 tbsp finely chopped Garlic
Eastern Chicken Masala powder - 2 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Oil
Salt (optional)

Method

1. In a non-stick vessel, add oil. Add chopped onions, chopped ginger, chopped garlic and curry leaves and saute well until transparent.

2. Add the chopped tomatoes and saute well.

3. Add the Eastern chicken masala powder and garam masala powder and saute well.

4. Add sufficient water for the gravy and add the sausages into it and mix well.

5. Close with lid and let it cook until gravy becomes thick.

6. Add salt only if necessary as sausages already contain enough salt.
